Customer Service
Full-time, seasonal position, mid-Nov. - mid-Dec.
Weekday and weekend availability preferred
Help customers find their perfect Christmas tree this holiday season while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll ensure each customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Your responsibilities include customer service, stocking and processing trees, and tying trees securely to customers' cars. This physical role requires lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Swansons Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Communications Team! As a vital part of our team, you will ensure an exceptional experience for customers by providing excellent service through phone, email, and social media. You will answer questions, offer advice, and help resolve customer issues by collaborating with different departments and staying up-to-date on our products, promotions, and special events. This position is available as full-time or part-time, with weekend availability required. If you're passionate about plants and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
